1. Alumni of  IPB from various education levels for in-wall tenants, and both IPB and non IPB alumni for out-wall tenants
   
   
2. Possessing both strong motivation and characters as entrepreneurs
   
   
3. Owning business plans with excellent prospects
   
   
4. Holding a starting capital to expand new business or to open new business branches (market expansion)
   
   
5. Having performed the business for at least 1 year
